I’m an opera major and I found a love for growing facial hair due to the constant demand for different character appearances. I originally just grew a full beard to give directors options to tell me how to style my beard but it kind of grew on me (Yeah I know that joke is stale but I thought it would be good to premier with). Recently, after I finished performing in Canada, I decided to shave the full to a sort of self-styled Samuel de Champlain (with chops). It is kind of an exploratory (also a bad pun) homage to my time in Quebec. From here on, I plan to grow the same facial hair as famous figures throughout history. The way I see it, you can’t decide where to grow facial hair, only where not to.
