Jack Passion to Host Nationals

Two-time World Beard Champion (Full Beard Natural) and noted beard book author Jack Passion will not be competing. Jack is going to step aside and give others with full beards a shot at the $1000. Instead, he will be the onstage host of the competition.
Jack won Full Beard Natural at the World Beard and Moustache Championships in both Brighton in 2007 and in Anchorage in 2009. He also won 3rd place overall at the world championship in Anchorage. Passion is the author of the Facial Hair Handbook.

Excellent political move – we do need term limits!!!
I think Jack Passion hosting the Nationals is awesome! Every one that competes will get to meet him. We all know his beard is world class. The Nationals will give us newcomers a chance to see if we qualify for the World Championships.
I realize now how meager and meek my beard is.
I hope we get to sing Happy Birthday to his beard again.
Mr.Passion is a classy guy and him stepping aside to let others compete confirms this fact emphatically.
This is great I know he’ll make a great host!
