Professor Peterkin to judge National Championships.

Professor Allan Peterkin of the University of Toronto will serve on the panel of distinguished judges at this year’s National Beard and Moustache Championships in Las Vegas on November 11.

Peterkin is the world’s leading pogonologist. He has written two best-selling books on the subject: "One Thousand Beards--a Cultural History of Facial Hair" and" The Bearded Gentleman--A Style Guide To Shaving Face" (with journalist Nick Burns). His brand new tome, "One Thousand Mustaches--A Cultural History of the Mo" will be hot off the press in time for Nationals.
